PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders. You write to the SoP standard — not a generic clinical summary. Reports that address nexus language and give assessors what they're trained to evaluate.

You know how to present DVA pension income correctly so banks don't discount it. Income Verification Briefs, borrowing capacity restoration, and lenders who understand military service history.

What We Hold the Network To

We verify before we connect. These are the things that aren't negotiable.

Current professional registration and credentials

We check and confirm professional registration — AHPRA, ASIC, Law Society, or equivalent — before any referral is made. This protects veterans and protects the network.

Genuine experience with or commitment to veteran clients

You don't need to be a veteran. You do need to understand why this client group is different — the trust it takes to get them through the door, and the patience it takes to do right by them.

Responsiveness and clear communication

Veterans have often waited months or years to get help. When we refer, we expect prompt, clear communication — not a queue. Providers who go dark are removed from the network.

Transparent, fair fee structures

Veterans are often in vulnerable financial positions. We expect providers to be clear about fees upfront — no surprises, no scope creep without discussion.
